This volume gathers scholars from a variety of fields engaging with ancient Greek and Latin literature with a focus on style. Style is explored from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives, merging computational and algorithmic tools together with traditional close-reading methods. Accordingly, the primary objective is to examine stylistic features in New Testament texts and contemporary literature through both traditional and computational lenses. In this volume, the contributors theorise five distinct levels of style, and analyse style in New Testament texts and contemporary Greek and Latin literature.
